Construction services included general contracting and construction management for a two (2)-story 13,200 SF office building for including all site improvements. Building structure consisted of 2nd floor and roof pre-cast concrete joist with reinforced concrete. Finishes included modern stucco design, architectural details, and impact resistant doors/windows. Interior buildout entailed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and state-of-the-art IT components; built-out call center, training room, gym, and child care center area. Exterior improvements consisted of a 52-space parking lot and required site lighting.
