The scope of the project consisted of furnishing and installing all necessary upgrades to Sewage Pump Station 14. This included the excavation and demolition consisting of removing and abandoning the existing dry well, manholes, wet well, existing generator building, concrete slabs, sidewalks, and structural elements. Additionally, providing a 24-hour manned bypass pump with primary and backup pumps. The scope of work included the construction of 2 wet wells, a dry well, and new manholes, the modifications of dry well pumps, motors, valves, piping and fittings, and new access hatches. The installation of all new electrical and electrical panels, 2000-gallon diesel stationary generator, installation of RTU panel SCADA equipment, 6’ decorative aluminum fencing with rolling gates, new sidewalks, asphalt, milling, and resurfacing of 54 Street, and modern landscaping.
