3,000 SF El Floridita Restaurant Front of the house and back of the house improvements.

Kensington Park Elementary

Project scope includes major upgrades to fire alarm system to provide coverage throughout the entire school, repairs to the security alarm system including replacement of existing damaged components and sensors, mechanical improvements include the replacement of condenser units and air handler units, replacement of the Energy Management System including new controls, and VAV boxes throughout, installation of venting (exhaust) system in selected restrooms, replacement of windows, installation of new concrete slabs, all necessary patching and painting.

COPE Center North

Project includes the installation of a new 40’ x 60’ shade structure over existing playground, major mechanical improvements including the replacement of cooling system components and more.

Pump Station 14 Reconstruction

The scope of the project consisted of furnishing and installing all necessary upgrades to Sewage Pump Station 14. This included the excavation and demolition consisting of removing and abandoning the existing dry well, manholes, wet well, existing generator building, concrete slabs, sidewalks, and structural elements. Additionally, providing a 24-hour manned bypass pump with primary and backup pumps. The scope of work included the construction of 2 wet wells, a dry well, and new manholes, the modifications of dry well pumps, motors, valves, piping and fittings, and new access hatches. The installation of all new electrical and electrical panels, 2000-gallon diesel stationary generator, installation of RTU panel SCADA equipment, 6’ decorative aluminum fencing with rolling gates, new sidewalks, asphalt, milling, and resurfacing of 54 Street, and modern landscaping.
