This $4,978,776, Design Build Project consisted of a 20,000 sf, 2 Story, 23-Unit affordable senior living facility of Miami Dade County Public Houseing. Other improvements include site preparations for a new bus shelter as well as landscaping and sidewalk improvements on the north side of Bird Road. Design Build Team, Stonehenge Construction, V3 Architectural Group and BCC Engineering.

Awarded and in progress Design-Build for Coral Pine Park Tennis Center and Playground, Stonehenge Construction, LLC (SHC), in collaboration with MC Harry Associates (MCH) – the SHC-MCH Team, which includes vertical construction.

Project includes the installation of a new 40’ x 60’ shade structure over existing playground, major mechanical improvements including the replacement of cooling system components and more.

This $15,900,000, Design Build project consisted of a new 15-acre transit facility, the Dolphin Station Terminal Facility. Miami Dade County Expresswat Authority.

This project included playground repairs along with the installation of a new various new safety features and refurbishments.

Project scope includes major upgrades to fire alarm system to provide coverage throughout the entire school, repairs to the security alarm system including replacement of existing damaged components and sensors, mechanical improvements include the replacement of condenser units and air handler units, replacement of the Energy Management System including new controls, and VAV boxes throughout, installation of venting (exhaust) system in selected restrooms, replacement of windows, installation of new concrete slabs, all necessary patching and painting.

The scope of work included constructing a new 12-classroom building and covered walkways, building 6 new parking spaces, and relocating existing basketball courts.

Construction of a 5,400SF office building. SHC is providing Design-Build services along with architect Bellon-Milanes Architects. Project scope involves CMU construction, Twin-Tee Roofing System, with custom office finishes, exterior stucco fascia and detailed architectural features, new impact resistant window and doors.
