Custom 7,500 SF, 2-story waterfront custom residence built in Gables by the Sea, Coral Gables. Turnkey general contracting services included demolition of existing home, new auger cast pile foundations, CBS construction of 5 bedroom, 4 bath, and outdoor kitchen and entertaining areas. Architectural finishes throughout were of high-end caliber. Also, a completely re-built sea wall cap with ipe decking. Design services by Calil Architects.
