Turn-key construction services were provided including all site improvements consisting of a 295 space parking lot, ADA sidewalks and access to amenities, and required site lighting. Utilities consisted of new water and sewer connections, as well as a new 8-inch fire-main connection provided to meet the building’s fire requirements. Site work drainage requirements consisted of a positive drain system with a new outfall. Necessary curb cuts were provided and installed in the right-of-way. The project scope items included drainage, utilities, grading, paving, pavement markings, signage, landscaping, structures, communications, security, lighting, site furnishings and required amenities.
