As the founder and President, Mr. Duart’s hands-on approach to the client’s needs and persistence to quality construction has earned SHC the reputation of a quality builder.

Mr. Quintana, GC, has over 20 years of engineering and construction management experience in South Florida. Mr. Quintana brings a wealth of experience in general construction, commercial, and transportation projects and he brings experience delivering challenging design-build projects. Mr. Quintana’s engineering background is comprised of the design of municipal and environmental projects throughout Miami-Dade County, including site improvement projects.
